I am an Electrical Engineering student intern at METSCO. It has been my goal since joining the METSCO team to learn as much as I can every day, and my peers here support me greatly in this effort. Since joining in May of 2018 I am contributing to major projects, learning from top level industry professionals, and interfacing directly with clients in the energy sector.

The projects that I enjoy the most allow for complex analysis of large data sets to create actionable outcomes regarding the physical and economic health of electrical power assets.

To provide deep insights for clients by using cutting edge asset management analytical techniques to better predict the state of electrical power system assets.

I have been an involved member in the McMaster Interdisciplinary Satellite Team (MIST) since October 2016, which is currently pursuing a mission called NEUDOSE. This opportunity allowed me to pursue interests in space exploration, computer engineering, embedded systems, radiation science, communications, and other fields of knowledge that I otherwise would never have been exposed to.

By taking part in a mission like NEUDOSE, I can apply different frameworks of analysis to projects at METSCO and generate unique solutions for clients.
