I have multiple experiences in project management, design supervision, capital planning, asset management, risk modelling, productivity, and regulatory filing. I was a key contributor to the filing of two of the largest rate filings in Canada. I was the owner and engineer of multiple distribution, transmission and generation related power system projects. Experiences include voltage upgrades, secondary network rebuilds, transmission line conversions, generator connection, connection impact assessments, protection and control scheme design and implementation, system operation and control, trouble response control, key customer engagement, public statements and relations related to major work, new distribution feeder projects, asset failure analysis, system reconfiguration projects, and much more. In the past I have consulted and worked for various Canadian and American utilities.
To be an energy sector disruptor and to ensure that the systems our clients build, and the decisions which are made, today will meet the needs of future generations.
I have always been a die-hard skier. From my racing and instructing background in my youth, I found myself in the deepest snow of the Selkirks and Purcells. My love for powder is unparalleled. During non-winter months I enjoy wandering around the North American backcountry in search of first ascents, seclusion, and meditating in search of changing my perspectives. It’s hard to change, but I strive to do so in any way possible.
